After attacking public workers and unions (primarily democratic voters), now the republican governor wants to rig Pennsylvania’s electoral college so that its possible for President Obama to win the popular vote in the state, but lose the majority of electoral votes due to republican gerrymandering.

This is again tampering with the voting process.

Had this proposed system been in place in 2008, when Obama won the state by a ten-point margin, he in fact would have only taken 11 out of the state’s 21 electoral votes at the time.
